Baldwin Dairy

Baldwin Dairy is one of three dairies owned by John Vrieze. The other two dairies are Emerald Dairy and Emerald Dairy II, which have anaerobic digester systems on-site. The two overall goals of the dairies are 1) to have a zero or negative carbon footprint and 2) to profit as much from the outputs of the digester and other renewable energy technologies as from the milk itself. They are currently working cooperatively with Integrated Separation Systems, Inc. to develop new bioenergy technology for the farming sector.
